Structure of Campus Branches

High School Chapters
Focus: Introducing students to Christ, grounding them in identity and discipleship.
Staffing: Volunteer teachers, youth leaders, and trained Rooted Life mentors.
Membership: Students (14–18), peer-led Bible study groups, with oversight from adult sponsors.
Activities: Weekly Bible studies, service projects, prayer groups before school, mentorship with older
college students.
Community College Branches
Focus: Discipleship foundations for young adults beginning independence.
Staffing: Rooted Life staff coordinator, student chapter leaders.
Membership: Open to all students, with a focus on building community and peer mentoring.
Activities: Midweek gatherings, discipleship training, evangelism on campus, practical service
opportunities.
University Chapters
Focus: Equipping leaders, deepening theology, preparing students for mission after graduation.
Staffing: Campus staff minister, faculty advisor, and student leadership team.
Membership: Students from diverse backgrounds; emphasis on peer-to-peer disciple-making.
Activities: Weekly large-group worship, discipleship groups, evangelistic outreaches, leadership
intensives, retreats.
